Stichting EU SYNERGY
A foundation for entrepreneurship and social change
Stichting EU Synergy was formed on March 11, 2008 by the notary office Adegeest & Van Gasteren of den Haag, and is recorded in the Amsterdam Chamber of Congress as a not-for-profit corporation, dossier number 34297024.
With the initial formation, three interim directors were chosen to manage the administrative, financial and program activities. The directors have agreed to serve until the next formal elections in January 2009:
During the first year of operation, the Chairman of the Foundation is tasked with identifying and recruiting individuals to act as advisors for the foundation. The Advisors will have the specific responsibility for the review and approval of the annual strategic program as well as the selection of the recipients of the grant programs.
